To plan, implement, manage the logistic operations to:
1. Control the Tianjin RDC logistic daily operation, to support business
2. Manage the transportation from OEM factories to RDCs (5 RDCs in China)
3. Ensure the operation with compliance and cost optimization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Regional Distribution Center
  • Control all Warehouse related operations, ensure all KPIs can be reached.
  • Make sure all operation related processes are compliant with company and government's policies, report if any risk or concerns.
  • Responsible for related system (SAP) operation, abnormal case, interface etc.
  • Work with 3PL for the corrective action for the internal and external complaint/finding.
  • Closely cooperate with Commercial, Customer, Order Entry team &3PL to achieve the revenue target.
  • Responsible for the monthly meeting with supplier and follow up with actions aligned.
  • Coordinate with the monthly and annual stock taking.
  • Warehouse onsite check for inbound and outbound operation, coordination for urgent and abnormal issues.
  • Coordinate with internal and external audit and support on warehouse related documents needed for audits.
  • OEM Factory Transportation
  • Daily execution of deployment from OEM plant to RDCs (SAP needed)
  • Keep close relationship with OEM plant to have clear production plan to make the corresponding deployment plan
  • Keep closely relationship with supply planning team to adjust the deployment plan according to the instructions (English needed, reading/writing at least)
  • Keep close relationship with sales/csc team to adjust the priorities of the deployment plan
  • Monitor the logistics service providers (LSP) to ensure all the shipments should be delivered to RDCs on time
  • Coordinate both source plant and destination plant for the loading/unloading issues reported by LSP
  • Coordinate monthly KPI review meeting with LSP to ensure all the KPI are on track, and solve the problems which LSP reported
  • Bidding involved for yearly contract extend with LSP
  • Billing for LSP

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  •   A minimum of bachelor’s degree in logistics or related majority 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS

  • 8+ years working experience in logistics
  • Familiar with and experienced with process logistic management requirement, FMCG is preferred
  • Familiar with logistic management system, has experience on internal and external audit.
  • Familiar with and experienced in basic tools of logistics (SAP, or other ERP system)
  • Has good English language communication skills, including listening, hearing, reading and writing.
  • Has good leadership, communication and coordination skills in the organization.
  • Personal ownership, mobility and motivation are required.
