• 管理指定区域的经销商,包含但不限于渠道优化,经销商合同谈判,日常管理及销售活动落实。• 完成指定区域的销售指标,包含但不限于销量Sell-in & Sell-out达成,销售费用管理,库存跟踪、应收账款及销售活动情况跟踪。
• 该职位负责: 河北省(唐山、秦皇岛、张家口、承德)经销商的管理工作,管理400万以上年销量。
- 完成销售指标,组织并执行完成各项计划、目标
- 制定管辖区域内经销商生意发展计划
- 预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性
- 监督管理经销商和门店的OSI(进销存)及DMS系统,确保足量按时送货
- 制定经销商积分卡,并有效管理及发展经销商
- 协助经销管理库存和应收账款,确保库存合理和应收账款可控
- 费用及时核销和市场费用分配,确保市场费用使用合理性
- 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等;
- 及时准确地提供各类报表;
- 上级主管分配的其他工作或项目
