• 推动公司业务发展,开拓生意新的发展渠道,管理所辖区域内的销售工作(包括:结果指标-销量指标达成Sell-in & Sell-out、过程指标-销售活动执行及检查、费用监督及管理等).• 所辖区域:负责广西海南以及广东湛江地区经销商的管理工作,管理GT生意体量700万。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 完成销售指标,组织并执行完成各项计划、目标
- 制定管辖区域内经销商生意发展计划;
- 预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性
- 监督管理经销商和门店的OSI(进销存)及DMS系统,确保足量按时送货
- 制定经销商积分卡,并有效管理及发展经销商
- 协助经销管理库存和应收账款,确保库存合理和应收账款可控
- 费用及时核销和市场费用分配,确保市场费用使用合理性
- 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等;
- 及时准确地提供各类报表;
- 培养下属,包括第三方人员,以帮助提升业务及个人能力等发展
- 上级主管分配的其他工作或项目
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- 大专或以上学历
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- 有5年以上相关销售管理经验
- 诚实、守信;
- 能熟练应用电脑及OFFICE软件;有一定的语言处理能力;
- 具有业务谈判能力及沟通和协调能力;
- 对于所属地区的业务具有敏感度;对数据要有敏锐性,善于分析生意的机会点
- 团队合作精神;
- 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心;
- 分析/解决问题;
- 展现适应能力和抗压能力;
- 建立计划并执行;
- 有效的进行客户管理
