Senior Associate, Marketing Commercialization (Ecommerce)

This role is ecommerce market account leader for and O2O (Online to offline).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead SCJ biggest e-platform JD (sales weight>30%) and O2O (MeiTuan/JDDJ/ELM/TXD/Dmall) portfolio / advertising / activation strategy, planning, budget, and execution. (JD 80%, O2O 20%)

  • Closely work with account sales to achieve top / bottom line sales target and market share target

  • Co-work with brand market and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) team to land brand campaign or NPD (New Product Development) launch on e-platforms

  • Maintain good relationship with key e-platforms MKT function to get enough resource and maximize ROI (Return On Investment)

  • Product assortment and content management for responsible e-platforms

  • Address ecommerce insight based on business analysis.

  • Liaise with eCommerce agency to propose and align execution KPI for responsible e-platforms.

  • A&P (Accounts Payable) management and P&L (Profit and Loss) tracking for responsible e-platforms

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Minimum 2 years marketing working experience in Marketing or EC marketing, familiar with key eCommerce platform trends and directions

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree

  • Successful campaign practice in EC marketing or marketing territory

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • EC market or EC sales account experience in Tmall or, or TP store manager is preferred

  • Trainee background is preferred

  • Industry (household) related digital working experience is preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Full time work, overtime is expected

  • Travel will up to 10% of work time within country
