Senior Analyst, Supply Planning

This role is to ensure material supply and support production plan to meet sales demand and company's business. Control the product development process, ensure new product launch, minimize the write-off cost. Manage material inventory to ensure that inventory is kept within the company's expected level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Release Purchase Orders (Pos) for Raw and Package Materials (RPMs) according to production plans and provide forecast to supplier as request

• Capacity analysis for key RPMs, call out risk and alert relevant department if it is needed

• Arrange reasonable delivery plans according to detailed production scheduling to ensure the production plans to be executed smoothly

• Control inventory, especially for seasonal and discontinued RPMs. Lower the stocks on hand, reduce Slow-moving Obsolescent Inventory (SLOB) inventory and write off cost

• Review master data, process, etc. and find opportunity to improve KPIs of material planning

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• College degree or above in production management, planning, material manage, inventory manage, etc.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning

 Job Requirements:

• Full time

• 10-20% of travel time expected

• Flexible with meeting schedules across various time zones
