Senior Analyst, Quality (Laboratory)

This role is to improve quality laboratory team skill and leading team in quality control of raw material, package material, intermediate and finish goods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guarantee validity and accuracy of test results

• Plan and implement appropriate training to build team capability on conducting physical, chemical and microbiology test

• Compile and review OPL, SOP (Standard Operation Procedure). Ensure correct test method and specification are applied

• Manage and maintain test instrument in good condition. Plan and implement instrument AM and PM

• Ensure chemical reagents are appropriate managed and used

• Analyze test issue and deviation

• Be responsible for laboratory SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) requirement

• Manage people and build team capability

• Participate in suppler relationship management. Summarize incoming inspection pass rate. Work with supplier on root cause analysis, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) closure and validation

• Participate in new product project

• Validate new test method especially for GC and HPLC test

• Review new product enterprise standard

• Establish SOP and OPL for new test method

• Improve and monitor water treatment quality control system

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• A minimum of bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineer, Quality Management, Chemistry / Chemical engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Food Engineering, Biology

• 5 years above laboratory related experience, 2 years above people management experience

• High technical requirement on gas chromatography, having good knowledge on microbiology is a plus
