Manager, Marketing Commercialization

Activities may include oversight of Group segments marketing commercialization for: HC (MR Muscle &Scrubbing Bubbles) Toilet Bath Hygiene segments and Home storage Category end to end development. Lead the innovation on new brands/products for assigned project & segments end to end. Lead business planning process to develop a marketing strategy consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and objectives. Define new product development with right channel/pricing and claim with pkg, develop overall media objectives, and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for intended audience. Collaborate with cross functions and global team to ensure marketing activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives. Lead, direct, supervise and develop a team of marketing professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop the long & short term Marketing Commercialization strategy for HC category strategy and portfolio. With daily end to end focus on core segments exclu. Kitchen
Owns category business reviews, brand growth plan & IGP PNL commitments for HC.
Full responsibility of P&L for the assigned business
Deliver the profit, market share, margin & revenue objectives for assigned business
Lead the commercialization of NPD process for assigned category
Responsible for Major Expenditure Authorization assumptions for assigned category
Lead and design the media strategy for assigned category
Conduct consumer communication briefs with agencies
Activate participation & leadership for S&OP in assigned category. Lead Step 1 & support SD for Step 2
Set pricing strategy for the assigned category
Provide input to lead on Category glocalization initiatives
Leads assigned category team of Marketing Commercialization (Associate Managers, Senior Associates and/or Associates) people agenda, coach and mentoring
Provide inputs of local execution to Global Brand Marketing teams for assigned category
Work closely with local functional Management Committee members, Customer marketing & Sales team to ensure excellence country execution on assigned category
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Minimum 7-10 years of Commercial experience (Sales/ Trade Marketing/ Marketing)
Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Marketing
Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:
Fulfill Success Driver and CDG proficiency on assigned level and job.
Fluent in conversational and written English
Job Requirements:
Full time work, overtime is expected
Travel will up to 10% of work time within country
This role is not eligible for relocation
