Associate Manager, Social Media (Tiktok Content)

This role is responsible for social Content development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing an "always on" and campaign social seeding strategy on Tiktok. Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) of campaign monthly

  • Be able to quickly observe market changes, understand the direction of competitor materials, and innovate scripts based on product characteristics

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives & campaigns in line with broader marketing and communication strategies

  • Work closely and effectively with agency to ensure smooth execution of campaign, including information briefing, reasonable phasing, etc. Proactively analysis the overall performance of campaign and drive more traffic

  • Stay up to date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance brand social media presence

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Minimum 5-7 years marketing working experience in social media

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Self-motivated and independent, working under pressure and detailed driven

  • Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with equally strong teamwork

  • Quick leaner and agility to adapt quickly with the market

  • Good communication and collaborative skills - English is preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Full time work, overtime is expected

  • Travel will up to 10% of work time within country

  • This role is not eligible for relocation
